Currently, we’re at the stunning “Jax” home, the latest offering by Enfort in the desirable West of Market location. This spectacular property features a rooftop deck and is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the marina, making it an ideal spot for both leisure and lifestyle. Before this, we were set to showcase the Everly, a magnificent 6,200 square foot estate on a 14,000 square foot lot, which remarkably sold in just two days for $6.2 million! Such rapid sales highlight the range of quality products that Enfort Homes continues to produce.

During our discussion, Greg emphasized the importance of serving all segments of the housing market. Enfort offers a variety of homes, from the luxurious $11 million Bridle Trails mansion on an acre of land to more affordable two-bedroom options in North Kirkland that cater to entry-level buyers. Their flexibility allows them to meet the unique needs of various families and individuals, whether they’re seeking spacious lofts, cozy basements, or trendy designs.

What stands out about Enfort is their willingness to take risks. As Greg noted, sometimes the most daring projects yield the most rewarding outcomes! One prominent example is the impressive Bridle Trails House, a unique 11,000 square foot home with a sprawling basement gym. Such innovative designs have proven to resonate with buyers, helping Enfort set records in the local market, including achieving the highest price per square foot for a non-new home.

Reflecting on our journey together since 2019, I’ve witnessed remarkable growth in Enfort’s commitment to quality control. Greg explained that ensuring high-quality builds is of paramount importance, as they want to create homes that families can be proud of. From the initial design choices to post-contract care, Enfort strives to maintain their reputation in the community, ensuring homeowners feel supported even after the sale.

A Unique Journey to Success

Interestingly, Greg's path to becoming a prominent builder was unconventional. With no family background in construction, he ventured into entrepreneurship in high school with a graphic design company. After earning a degree in business and finance, he transitioned into IT management before combining his skills to build beautiful homes. This blend of experience makes Greg particularly passionate about his work, as he enjoys seeing the joy on homeowners’ faces when they enter a space he helped create.
